14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period 
If you are a customer located in the European Union, EU law grants you a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order. This means you have 14 days from the date of physical delivery to change your mind without needing to provide a justification. We will refund your original purchase price along with the standard delivery costs once the withdrawal is approved and processed.

Return Process and Shipping Fees 
Initiating a return is simple through the "Withdrawal" link located in our website footer, which you can access directly without logging into an account. After submitting the straightforward cancellation form, you will receive an email receipt confirming your request. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the direct shipping costs required to return the items to our facility.

Non-Returnable Jewelry Exceptions 
Certain jewelry items are excluded from the standard EU withdrawal rights to maintain our quality and craftsmanship standards. We cannot accept cancellations or returns for custom-made accessories, such as personalized or permanently engraved rings. Made to order products can NOT be returned or exchanged. Otherwise, 30% material fee would be charged.
